Shipping policy

*Standard shipping orders ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. This excludes transit time to the customer.

*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

*During new releases, sales Ex: Black Friday & Holiday sales Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped.

*For Express Shipping orders ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

*Domestic orders are shipped via UPS mail. UPS will arrive to most zip codes within 3 business days.

Note: On occasion we may ship orders USPS which also arrives to most zip codes within 3 business days.

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.

For domestic orders we charge a standard shipping flat rate of $9.99 USD and Express rate of $28.00 USD.

*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

Note: During holidays Ex: Black Friday & Christmas It's not uncommon for USPS to skip package scans when they're running behind in order to allow them to move packages quicker.

*We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*International packages we charge a flat rate of $39.99 USD.

*The Pretty Woman Collection is not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.

*If a package is returned to The Pretty Women Collection due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

WRONG ADDRESS/ REROUTED PACKAGES

*If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7.99 USD due prior to reshipment.

*If an address error is made please email us as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation email. Once orders are shipped no changes can be made.

*Once the item is shipped we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact UPS to make any address changes.

*If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.

*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
